Terms and Conditions
Upon ordering the services of ezylogo (www.ezylogo.com.au), you the client agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms of use of ezylogo.com.au.
1. In ordering the services of ezylogo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the ezylogo.com.au service. ezylogo is a graphic design company of which clients can view and order artwork to be produced for their company in a way that is easier for the designer via the internet. ezylogo graphic designers communicate with clients through email or phone.
2. Outcome. ezylogo may not be held responsible in any way for the loss of profit of a company.
3. Refunds. ezylogo is not responsible for the end product if the client is not satisfied after project has been finalised and released; reason being the client has already reviewed the samples provided and therefore has decided to continue and finalise. If client is not satisfied during the design process, the client shall be entitled to extra concepts and revisions, these are only in certain scenarios and the client may be charged for extra concepts or revisions starting from $50.00 AUD+gst per concept and revision.
4. Revisions. Revisions consist of a number of times in which the artwork is sent to the client to review and answer in response to what they want changed or included etc. b) Responses. Client agrees to provide timely responses to ezylogo after receiving status notifications from ezylogo. Client shall have a maximum of 30 days (including weekends) to respond to each set of samples sent to them for review. ezylogo will contact client any where between 7 to 27 business days of non-response by client to advice client of this policy. If after 30 days client fails to respond ezylogo will assume the production/project complete. At such time ezylogo shall have no further obligation to the client. ezylogo shall not be held responsible for the condition of the artwork in the event of such circumstance.
5. Creative brief. It is the client’s responsibility to send any creative briefs to ezylogo, text & images to be included and provide detailed descriptions. ezylogo.com.au may decide in its own discretion to reject a creative brief. Design will not begin until full payment for package is received.
6. ezylogo reserves the right to deny the production of artwork on receiving the creative brief.
7. Ordering and Payments. The client orders the services of ezylogo, ezylogo will design the first concepts for the client and email them. Project design shall not begin until full payment is received.
8. ezylogo Services and conditions of servicesAll prices of the packages are displayed in (AUD) Australian Dollars excluding gst. Printing is not included although it can be arranged. Web Hosting; ezylogo will not be held responsible webhosting, yet will provide the details to a client to order: therefore ezylogo will not be held responsible for server problems and breakdowns, it is the clients responsibility to fix any problems with the hosting supplier.
9. Production Time. ezylogo, specifies the time that it will take to finish the artwork in each of the packages included, if by any circumstance the process takes longer, ezylogo will not be held responsible, as the client will be notified of the delay and will be given a reasonable date in which the artwork will be finished. (This can happen if ezylogo receives a large amount of orders). ezylogo gives turnaround times for each package of logo design, brochure design and web design, the specified time depends on the clients response to revisions.
10. Special Offers and Discounts. ezylogo can in its own right begin and end special offers at any time.
11. Copyright. ezylogo shall not be held responsible for artwork produced for a company that may not be registered and that there may be a legal issue in the circumstances, therefore after the artwork has been produced, ezylogo shall not be binded to the company or the client in any manner.
12. ezylogo web site rights. ezylogo shall not be held responsible for delays on the web site or any other problems which the client may experience with the web site at anytime, although ezylogo wants to provide the best experience possible for visitors to our website, therefore we will try to fix any problems and/or barriers there may be. ezylogo reserves the right to remove part or all of the web site and/or its content at anytime, which may be to edit and/or upgrade and transform all or part of the web site.
13. Privacy Policy.
Client information is used for design and communication purposes only and it is never given to any third parties nor sold to anyone.
14. Disclaimer. ezylogo is in its own right to change, edit or add to these terms and conditions in its own discretion at anytime.a) Portfolio Samples. ezylogo has provided samples of logos and artwork for the sole purpose of client viewing them giving them ideas on what kind of artwork they would like. Client’s artwork is used as samples in our portfolio, ezylogo has the right to display artwork created by designers on our website, visual and any print advertising.
15. Disclaimer. Freelancers - ezylogo Contractors. ezylogo does not pay tax, insurance or superannuation to contractors, by law to contractors, contractors pay their own tax, superannuation and any insurance. ezylogo shall not be held responsible for any conduct of work or the way the contractor does their work. Although, ezylogo does maintain a company guidance schedule and informs contractors on the requirements needed to be able to design for ezylogo.
