How can ezylogo make graphic design so affordable?

By using the internet and cutting out lengthy meeting processes, we save time and you money. When you complete our detailed brief, this gives our team of designers the knowledge they need to get the design right. If we have a question, we will call you direct. Traditionally, design firms will have a large number of meetings with their clients to get a detailed brief, present logos etc - we've streamlined this process.

Can I talk to the designers?

Yes, you can talk to the Creative Director to discuss ideas, concepts or revisions.

How long will it take?

Initial logo concepts will be with you within 4 business days. We have found that 4 days gives our designers the time that they need to create a high quality logo - not a rushed logo. Once you have selected a logo to revise, each revision you make will take about 2 business days to complete if not quicker. Revisions will take a minimum of one day each - so its best to list all the changes you want and get them done in one go to save time.

What if I don't like any of the logo concepts?

If you do not like any of the logo concepts presented, you can choose to stop the entire process and have your money refunded. We will refund the amount direct to your card.

How many times can I change my favorite logo?

You can revise your logo as many tmes as you like. Our packages have a unlimited number of revisions. Choose one logo from the various options and feel free to change it till its exactly what you want. If you are unsure of which package to choose, give us a call, we're here to help.

How do I pay?

Paying is easy, simply pay via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) using our secure payment gateway. Once you have selected a package that suits your budget you
will be directed to our secure payment gateway.

Once I have my new logo - Who owns the rights to the logo?

Once you have approved your logo and you are happy with the logo, you own the logo.
The rights to the logo design will be yours. We suggest that you get your logo Trademarked. Trademarking your logo will ensure that no one else can copy your logo or use your business name, check the Australian Governments Intellectual Property website for more information: www.ipaustralia.gov.au

Will I get to keep all the files?

Yes. At the end of the project we will email you all the original logo files. PLUS we will send you a CD so that you will have a back up. Furthermore, we will keep all your logos on our database should you need it at anytime in the future.
